Orders
All our plants are despatched to you washed bare root, (so don't forget your containers.) Orders are prepared and despatched on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and sent by first class post. They then stand a good chance of delivery by the weekend. Large orders where weight is a factor are sent by overnight carrier for next day delivery. Orders are ALWAYS processed in strict rotation.

The orders received by us in January to March will be the first orders to be sent out at the beginning of the season. Water gardening is very dependent on the weather, a late spring may mean plants are not ready for dispatch until the middle of April.

Season
The season normally runs from the beginning of March to the end of September. Some plants listed, for instance, Hydrocharis morsus ranae and Eichhornia Crassipes, both floating plants, are generally not available until, mid-May. In the event of a plant being unobtainable, we will substitute with the nearest possible plant of at least equal value. Unless requested not to do so.

Often your order is ready for despatch, but still awaiting one or two plants to complete it. In these cases the bulk of the order will be sent, marked with plants to follow. We will advise you by e-mail if there is a possiblity of a long delay to your order.

Mail Order
We are now a leading mail order specialist in aquatic plants. Having had many complimentary letters on our quality and service, we are continually striving to better ourselves. This we cannot do without your assistance. So please, do not hesitate to let us know if something is amiss with your order when you receive it from us.
